At Valnara, we cultivate and supply black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and saffron directly from Spain to professional buyers.
Production is managed at farm level across producing farms, with coordination from origin through dispatch. Our activity is based on production rather than aggregation, brokerage, or third-party stock.
We work with a limited number of professional partners who require clarity on origin, consistency in quality, and reliable execution.

Our mission
Our mission is to supply professional markets with black truffle and saffron in a way that reflects the realities of agriculture: seasonal production, limited volumes, and perishable products.
Valnara coordinates the full production cycle, from cultivation and harvest to allocation and delivery, so that supply remains consistent, predictable, and aligned with actual availability.
We prioritise long-term production and professional relationships over volume-driven or speculative trade.
How we operate
Production at origin
Valnara operates as a producer-led supply structure. Primary production takes place at farm level, while packing and dispatch are handled by EU-registered food operators depending on destination and order requirements.
